it's basically a kind of enriched custard pie with oatmeal cookie crust. Very interesting. I think it's entirely doable, unusual, and worth a try. I'd like to wait til the New Year when my shipment of goods will (finally) be coming from the US: I will have a cuisin-art and a kitchen aid which will make this and other recipes a lot easier.
